Both Edward and Prema will be hosting this training in Koh Phangan, Thailand

THIS TRAINING will go into in detail about:

Mental programming, where it comes from and what are we holding

Working with the inner child

Working with forgiveness processes
-
Working with chakras, energy and breathwork
-
Sexuality, tantra and breathwork
-
Enlightenment and breathwork
-
What is your life purpose and how to manifest that

How to guide breathwork sessions and all the things to look out for
-
And so much more
The schedule will be aprox 9:30am ~ 5:30pm.
It will be over 21 days, which will include 3 days off and further on-line meetings/trainings and breathwork sessions.

There will be limited numbers

This course is as much a personal journey as it is a training on how to facilitate breathwork sessions.
​
You will get a 150 hour certificate on completion of the training.
​
Accommodation options will be posted soon. The additional costs of this is dependant on your choice of accommodation.
3 vegetarian meals a day will be included.

This facilitator training will be between Feb & March 2026 in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Exact date to be anounced once we have comfirmation from the venue.

Graduates of March 2023 Training
In February of 2023 Edward hosted a powerful 13 day Breathwork Facilitator Training. Most of the graduates are now facilitating Breathwork sessions and some are doing retreats too.
